Bad back rules: each case is

^Bad back rules: each case is unique. I can't lift my legs up to tie my shoes, or sit in a low chair without extreme pain – or bend over to pick up anything – but I CAN push a mower with zero trouble. Makes terrible P.R. – but I believe you do what you CAN do – find your limitations and push right up against them 'til it hurts and if you can't break through the limitations, at least do what you're able to do. Some may say, "Oh, look at you, bad back and mowing the lawn. Yeah right!" – but anybody who's had weird back stuff understands – the things you can and can't do are always strange indeed.^
