Back in old computer programming days, they had a phrase: GIGO: Garbage In, Garbage Out. A program is only as good as the data you feed into it. If you feed it garbage data, you get garbage coming out.
We’re more than mere computer programs but it’s still good advice. Watch what you watch and read and ingest because it can change how you think and how you treat other people and you won’t even see it coming.
