Oh, you don’t need focus. That’s the key for me anyway. Awareness of what’s REALLY around you is all. Right now, looking up and to the left from your screen, and breath in – within 3 seconds, you’re present. Autistic? Don’t know. Some aspies think I am. I find noise/critics overwhelming, so I I had to create a bubble. Still working on it.
