But omnivores can end up with different problems from excess nourishment that’s unbalanced. Fat’s good for you. Too much fat can be bad. Salt is good for you. Too much is bad. etc.
I did raw food and vegan for a girlfriend way back in 1990. It wasn’t hard to do.
A couple of times since I’m swung from that to Atkins to whatevs.
As long as you understand nutrition basics, it doesn’t matter what you call your diet, Just do it right.
Vegetarian is more reasonable than Vegan, just like “South Beach” is more reasonable than “Atkins”. But they all have enough possibilities to do well.
Humans are OMNIvores and can choose.
