At Planck scale, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible. Planck scale is for most intents and purposes, the “grain”/pixel/voxel/whatever of spacetime for discrete and you can always push the continuous into the “subgrain/subpixel/subvoxel/etc” scale. If you were trying to do it in the subplanck scale though, I don’t know how that could be done. But this is from a naïve physics pov on my part.
