yeah it just took about an hour on and off to do it all. It’s a pop-psych book, “business psychology” sort of. I love the concept of “discover your strengths” – and building on what you’re good at. You have to help your weaknesses get stronger of course — but society tends to focus more on weakness rather than strengths – and I think a lot more people could be get closer to that Individuazation(sp?) Mahler’s pyramid thing – if their strengths are found and nurtured, insofar as they want to be nurtured. “
