(and a friend on another network said “Doesn’t work for heartache – I tried”. So I went into my lecture about distracting yourself and choosing what you get obsessed about carefully, to not to to hate/rage as your distraction from the pain… etc. etc… and that this method DOES work in cases of heartache, but not without a lot of punching pillows, broken thrown objects, a lot of tears and poetry writing……) “
