Amy GregoryIt sounds like you’re doing it now. You are taking lots of pictures. You are documenting the process as it happens. Saving drawings, writings, taking your own notes and thoughts about how you think or feel with a date on it – even if you NEVER look at them again, is theraputic at-the-moment and brings things away from being clustered into that tiny little “now” spot in your brain and… out to a piece of paper, or computer screen, etc.”
