anybody who says “there should be no govt control” either is a wealthy loon doing some wishful thinking while their lawyers are busy in court every day and their professional tax dodgers work overtime for them – or something who’s not a wealthy loon and doesn’t realize that there is simply no such thing as a no govt territory where corporations rule the earth and won’t, shouldn’t and can’t be. They can only exist with a charter and a charter is issued by a government.
