I took one of those “what politics are you?” things [I don’t care for politics generally speaking] – and I came up as “Social Anarchist”. Looked it up and yup, it basically suits me perfectly.
And I agree; it’s Pro-Science to allow it to question itself and its methodology. After all, IF IT’S TRUE, it _should_ stand up to testing. But as soon as you introduce Axioms into a system that are forbidden to question… then you’ve introduced errors in the system.. potentially tainting a lot of the results without even being able to see it.
It’s hard to notice bias in ourselves, which is why it’s that much more important to do so whenever you can. Things allowed to be unquestioned can be dangerous over time.
