    The drug in his system contributed nothing to his death as the pattern is different. Also it wasn’t a sudden cardiac arrest so it was not a heart attack. It was being chocked to death.

  •  It’s a procedural problem and it’s a big one as it extends outwards.
    One of the most surreal moments was when hundreds of national guard and police surrounded the officer’s home for days.
    They did not take him into custody. They did not charge him. They were lying to the press for several days officially.
    But it was surrounding the house instead of bringing him in and at least suspending him, holding him for questioning, doing something community oriented.
    But it was circling the wagons around one of their own, showing that ‘their own’ did not include the community they served but only their own rank.
