I don’t fault her for trying and I expect to see geocaching book hunts under the Pokemon Go! style popping up all over the place… which will result in more nerd shaming of course.
kid a: asks fellow kid a detailed question about level and captures on Pokemon Go
kid b: starts talking excitedly about book hunt
kid a: smiles politely (if lucky) or worse if not.
If kid b is lucky, s/he won’t notice the slight or won’t care.
