Think back to the fields and farms Think of the workers gathering the food and processing it for its shipment to warehouse. Think of the piece of land where the animals or vegetables or grains looked like before it was used for food and the people who cleared the land. now think of it for all of the food on your plate at once and their respective journeys and the people involved. now think of all of the families of all of the people that have been involved in getting your food to the table that you will never know. hold them all into your mind at once
