I have said: 1) “There’s a point where the quest to be efficient crosses over into being “less effective”” 2) “At a certain crossover point, increased efficiency reduces effectiveness, or increased Effectiveness reduces efficiency.” 3) “Reducing cost is related to effectiveness.” B) I have ALSO (on top of, not instead of) stated that this administration (in general) has not demonstrated EFFECTIVENESS goals. “Wait and See” was 2017-2021 in which time I saw his operating style. I’m not comparing his effectiveness to “his” stated goals. I’m comparing effectiveness to “how things operate” in the USA. Maybe you thought I was testing his ability to “keep his promises”?
