a few years back I did a defense of body image issues in men when I found an old pic of myself holding Hulk coloring book. Had fast strong legs but skinny arms. As a teenager worked out to match top with bottom. But why did that matter to me? I wanted to be more like Hulk. It works enough for me but thankfully I avoided becoming a meathead gym rat – but at least I understood why they were like that.
