A system of rules is a theory. A theory of a category forms a concept. Concepts form an ontology. This ontology forms a domain. A domain exists in a wilderness. There can be multiple domains within a wilderness. A tool is an interface between two or more domains. Roads can connect multiple domains. A road is a tool.
