She wasn’t looking. It was dark. It was a full speed highway and she went out first. I feel bad for her for getting hit, but had they gone forward wearing reflective tape and in larger numbers (and watched to see if the car slowed down), it could’ve been done more safely.
It happens. The driver should still be fined though. The driver hit someone.
Then I am wrong and apologize. I honestly can’t watch it a second time to double check as I don’t like watching someone get hurt.
