1) Took analogies I wrote in 2015
Philosophy:Aphorisms :: Theology:Religion
Philosophy:Theology :: Aphorisms:Religion
2) asked ChatGPT for a Haiku, which seems to be its most “essence capturing mode” that i’ve found:
Philosophy’s truths
Aphorisms capture essence
As theology’s faith
3) I put the Haiku in a new session so it could expand upon it:
Philosophy’s truths are often complex,
Difficult to grasp and hard to express.
But aphorisms capture their essence well,
With words that ring like a clear, bright bell.
Short and sweet, they pack a punch,
Ideas that linger, ideas that crunch.
They make us think, they make us ponder,
And often leave us with a sense of wonder.
Theology’s faith, on the other hand,
Is not always easy to understand.
It speaks of mysteries beyond our reach,
Of divine truths that we cannot teach.
But like aphorisms, it too can inspire,
With words that fill our hearts with fire.
And though we may not comprehend it all,
We trust in something greater, beyond our small.
So whether we seek philosophy’s truths,
Or turn to theology’s faith, in search of proof,
Let us cherish the words that illuminate,
And guide us towards a brighter, better fate.
